1. To find link-building prospects, check prospect website quality and the main metrics.
2. Keyword research for content marketing.

Purpose: to send outreach emails in a streamlined way, and track and manage responses.
#3 Inboxally

Purpose: to significantly improve our email deliverability and make sure our outreach messages land in the main inbox and not in our recipients’ spam or promotions folders.
#4 Google Workspace
Website: https://workspace.google.com/business/
Cost: from $5.99/month per email account
Purpose: To set up branded email accounts to send emails under our clients’ names while not putting the clients’ main domain at risk. E.g., if the client’s main domain is website.com, we will buy and set up website.email or website.co or any other domain to send emails from to protect our clients’ main domain’s sending reputation.

Purpose: to buy alternative domain names for the branded email accounts to send emails with. We give all the domains to our clients for free, if they so desire.
